Paris, June 3, 2025 – Valiuz, the Data alliance and Retail Media agency, today announced it has obtained the eRetail Data Trust certification issued by the CESP (Centre for Media and Advertising Studies), a leading independent body in the field of advertising measurement. This official recognition comes at a strategic time for Valiuz, as it accelerates its technological and international development.

Valiuz obtains the CESP eRetail Data Trust certification

This certification evaluates eight key indicators across Valiuz's on-site and off-site environments. These indicators were jointly defined by all market stakeholders (media agencies, advertisers, agencies), with support from the Digital Alliance and Ilec. The certification ensures transparency and consistency in campaign reporting, attesting to Valiuz's compliance with established benchmarks and calculation rules for these indicators.

It also serves as a true benchmark of consistency for agencies and advertisers, simplifying performance analysis across different partners. This reinforces the clarity of KPIs that have become crucial in structuring Retail Media in France and Europe. By obtaining this certification, Valiuz joins a select group of players committed to quality, contributing to a more transparent and mature market.

« Achieving the eRetail Data Trust certification marks a major milestone in our commitment to performance measurement transparency for our advertiser and agency clients," states Emilie Gros, Head of Insight & Measurement at Valiuz. "It reflects our ambition to standardize these indicators, not only for the eight brands we represent, but also to offer reliability assurance to other retailers wishing to leverage our expertise. This is a strong statement to the market at a pivotal stage in our development ».

The certification comes as Valiuz plans to launch its self-service platform in the coming days. This interface will allow brands to independently view their multi-retailer campaign results in a certified, structured, and unified framework.

Olivier Daufresne, Associate Director at CESP, welcomes this new milestone:

« The eRetail Data Trust program was designed to bring greater transparency and clarity to eRetail measurements. Valiuz's commitment to this approach demonstrates a desire to sustainably structure the market by relying on common standards. While Valiuz's certification already serves as a true hallmark of trust, it will be further strengthened in the future with iROAS accreditation and the shopping cart feature, which will be accessible by November."»

Deployed on campaigns conducted for retailers in various sectors – food, fashion, appliances, high-tech – Valiuz's certified solution stands out as a benchmark for unified and multi-retailer measurement. Through this new milestone, Valiuz reaffirms its ambition: to offer brands Retail Media solutions that are both high-performing, responsible, and transparent, while actively contributing to the evolution of market standards.
