Bruno Delahaye, Chairman of Valiuz

Paris, September 3, 2025 – Valiuz, the Data Alliance and Retail Media agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruno Delahaye as Chairman of the Board of Directors. This strategic decision by the Lille-based company reinforces its ambition to become the European leader in Retail Media. Currently a Partner at the French venture capital fund Cathay Innovation, Bruno Delahaye will serve as Non-Executive Chairman of Valiuz, supporting CEO Sébastien Zecchini in the company’s next stages of growth.

With over 20 years of experience in consumer-related fields, digital retail, Retail Media, data analytics, as well as AI and machine learning, Bruno Delahaye brings solid and recognized expertise to Valiuz.


In his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, he will work closely with Sébastien Zecchini and his Executive Committee to validate the company’s strategy and ensure its successful execution.


Bruno Delahaye was one of the first members of KXEN, a U.S. startup specializing in Machine Learning, where he developed and led operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa before relocating to Silicon Valley to oversee their acquisition by SAP. At SAP, he founded and led the Predictive Sales team for SAP North America and Latin America.


He later became CEO of Reach Analytics in Redwood City, helping transform it into a leading self-service platform for customer acquisition, which was later acquired by a data-driven marketing company.


More recently, he was one of the early members of Walmart’s Retail Media division, playing a key role in the growth of Walmart Connect, where he led and developed the Analytics business. Serving tens of thousands of advertisers, Walmart’s Retail Media division now generates billions of dollars in revenue.


Since 2023, Bruno Delahaye has been a Partner at Cathay Innovation, where he oversees topics related to consumption and digital retail, leveraging his industry and operational expertise.


Bruno Delahaye also brings a keen understanding of the challenges, trends, and opportunities in the consumer sector, having actively contributed to its evolution in both Europe and the United States.
